"The property was well located , very close to the falls, casino etc. Also the property was clean, well maintained and had all basic amenities including a lot of kitchen utensils and cutlery. The downside was the temperature control. We arrived in December wen the tenperature was -18'c and the house wouldnt heat up well.The thermostat had a limit on the max temperature you can set! So there was no way to go beyond this. With kids in the house, it was not the optimal temperature, though luckily...

"Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! "

"Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. "

"The house was even better than the description/pictures - it exceeded our expectations! We spent a fantastic four days here and there are so many lovely small touches that just made the house exceptional (the bathroom under the stairs, the framed papers, etc... so cool!). The owners were so thoughtful in how they decorated for the holidays and communicated ahead of time, making sure we would walk into a warm home. During our stay they were responsive and helpful and we can't thank them enough...

"I would definitely stay here again. Kelley was excellent at communicating with me and answering any questions. The house was clean and decorated very cute! They even had up a Christmas tree and decorations at Thanksgiving! Kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to so many places. It was the perfect location for us. There is a train track across the street just as an FYI. We will definitely look for this home when we need one in Buffalo again! Thanks...

" We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for our weekend in Buffalo. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring we had a great night's rest. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to explore in Buffalo within easy reach. The house description and photos were spot on, so there were no surprises.
