"My wife and I spent a few days here visiting our son at Cal Poly. The space was perfect for us and we chose it for the extra bathroom and sleeping space as an option to have him stay with us if he wanted. Although he didn’t, we loved the proximity to downtown, school, shops and everything SLO has to offer. Communication was fantastic - we will likely stay again!"

"We enjoyed walking to the beach and to restaurants. We are glad our dog was welcome to stay and she enjoyed the beach, and the cool sea air. The house is nicely equipped for cooking. We are not good with streaming tv, but with Ken’s help we did get some viewing time. The back door needs a little help, it sticks. The carpet had some spots, but the house was very clean."

"Absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party had a fantastic weekend. Everyone loved the home. It’s huge, clean, will stocked, very comfortable. Absolutely beautiful grounds. Great quiet neighborhood. I’m over the top happy that we found this home and it worked for our dates. I would recommend this home to anyone. Also, we didn’t have a wedding at the home but the home holds weddings at the venue and it would be spectacular. Anyway, this home get a 20 not 10. "

"Property was close/walking distance to the beach and in a quiet area. Small parking places, but there were plenty of them. Outside of property was well maintained. The actual unit (five-eleven) was decent. Full kitchen and large master bedroom with king bed was nice. While the blue towels looked nice, they were old with some bleach stains, and the color was faded, worn, and very rough. Definitely could use new towels. The fully stocked kitchen was nice, however I washed all the silveware...
