"I rented two rooms as I was traveling with family. The hotel itself was dated and could use some minor repairs, but clean. We had adjoining rooms which was nice. We were on the second floor with an ocean and pool view which was nice. The pool and hot tub were great! The pool was really warm which was nice. It was packed that night but we were able to find parking close to our room. The breakfast was more like snacks and the coffee was low quality. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints...

"No RESTURANT to stay and dine at was disappointing. Room was great but was the only one on the outside of the building room 207. The air conditioning unit made noise when keeping the temperature in the room. Next visit I will definitely ask for a room inside of the building security doors. "Very friendly reception staff, nice bleach smell in linens and room reassured us that the room is clean. The bathroom needs updating. The carpet needs replacing or shampooing and the room door has quite a gap around the door frame. We had a disturbing experience as someone violently shook our door trying to get in. Not sure if it was a confused inebriated person or an attempt to break in and grab a wallet etc. We were on an end unit … look all locks to be safe."

"We really liked the pool. The room was okay, we wouldn’t bother with a theme room again, especially one with a rock floor or shower. It was uneven and uncomfortable. A nightlight in the bathroom would be nice. We had one but ended up forgetting it there. The Toyo Bidet seat was nice. Bed and pillows not as comfortable as I’d expect for the price. Meals were overpriced but good. "

"Real cool spot. I got the 1 bedroom King. Real clean, updated and pretty quiet. I didnt hear anything crazy or super loud. I stayed on a saturday. Good spot to stay if youre checking out Pismo. Also a $40 Uber to SLO or 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay again. I wont stay if prices hike up. Competitive price but i feel like other options might be better at a lower cost. Over all it was all good. Yes, the shower is a little small. Might have dificult fitting two people in it comfortably....
