"The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"The location is exvellent. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. Getting the key can be an issue when you do not hav3 a phone, as is finding your way. The host met us to exchange keys and information. We have stayed here twice. My only wish would be for better lighting in the stairwell, as it is dark and hard ttp see in the evening..The stairs are uneven, and it is up a number of flights of stairs. "Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
