"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"The property had everything although breakfast was expensive. Their lobby had 24/7 different coffees & tea, self serve. Transportation was very very convenient. "We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy as was check out. We left our bags for a couple of hours whilst we enjoyed our last day in Vienna. The room was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Salt,pepper, coffee pods and teabags. "The hotel is a great location right by the main train station, by Belvedere Palace and close to tram and metro lines to get around. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed! "

"Great place to stay while stopping in Vienna if you want to stay closer to the train station- super convenient location and only a few minute walk from the terminals. There are always several Lime scooters around because of the station so it’s super easy to grab one and gooo! There was slight disappointment at first when I realized there was no coffee maker in the room itself, but that was quickly remedied as they have one of those fancy coffee makers with a bunch of options down in the breakfast area. Staff was super friendly and helpful 10/10 for them. Overall clean, and convenient location with wonderful staff. "
