"This is a cute, small duplex! It is better for smaller families that don’t need a lot of space. We’ve stayed in Cape Charles many times, and this rental wasn’t as clean as other places we have stayed. Overall, I would recommend this rental property, but would suggest the cleaning process is more thorough!"

"The location is excellent. Walking distance to amusement parks, mini-golf, food trucks, souvenir shops and bike rentals. Good location for Pony Swim activities. Nice view of the marsh from the pier/dock. Would have been nice if the grasses in front of the unit had been cut. Pool was good. Unit could use a little updating, as well as the pool and the picnic tables on the pier should be replaced; they are falling apart and covered with mold, but other than that, no complaints"

"This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. Will absolutely try to book again!"

"Unfortunately we had major storms during our stay which knocked out power and WiFi. Couldn’t get WiFi fixed while we were there but otherwise. In the days that were nice, we enjoyed Cape Charles and the home was beautiful. Exactly as advertised! "

"NICE PROPERTY . CLEAN , GARGBAGE DISPOSEL BROKEN AND IT LEAK. CONTACTED HELP NEVER FIXED. THE REALITOR THAT WE WENT THROUGH WE GOT THERE EARLY AND STOP IN AND ASK TO BE CONTACTED IF PROPERTY WAS CLEANED EARLIER . NEVER HEARD BACK. WHEN WE WENT TO GET OUR PACKAGE THEY COULDN'T FIND IT AND THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT IT WAS CLEANED EARLIER AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WASN'T CONTACTED. STILL WOULD GO BACK."
