"The house is huge and very comfortable. I'd say it needs a few improvements (we had a doorknob that keep falling and the couple would be locked in the room, the cloth iron was no good). Great amount of sheets and towels. It's not dar from Cape Charles beach. Communicaton with property manager was not good. "

"The cottage is as described. There is no stove but it truly didn’t matter. Bed is very compfy. Shower is clean and hot. Quit neighborhood. The screened in porch is the best! Coffee and reading in the rockers. The cottage is close to everything !Thank you Don. We loved our stay."
