"Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend Regency Sq underground car park, however, as our car was broken into and trashed inside. We weren’t the only ones to suffer that experience either. "

Easy to walk to the beach - just 15 minutes. It is self check in with key pick up approx. 5 minutes away, very convenient. "A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! A great little getaway for a fabulous few days! The perfect find! We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and stress free."

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"The apartment was well situated close to lots of cafes, art galleries, supermarkets and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk down to the beach and magnificent Goat Ledge cafe. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean but felt homely at the same time. I was really impressed with the property manager after I accidentally snapped the key off in the lock to the apartment at 8pm. "This home away from home is perfect. I don’t even know where to start… the garden flat is in a quiet beautiful location just a very short easy bus ride from downtown. The hosts have gone above and beyond providing every amenity you need and many you never knew you did. There were many small thoughtful touches added. A welcoming vase of fresh roses, a package of biscuits beside the coffee just made us feel warm and welcome after a long journey. It was easy to contact the hosts when we needed too....

Fortunately also, the communication with the flat owner was excellent HOWEVER the service provided by Guest Ready was absolutely appalling… For the three first days of my stay, they kept on asking me to pay for a deposit that I had already paid for at the moment of my booking.
