"The reception team are always warm and welcoming & go out of their way to help and make sure you have a great stay. My single room on the first floor was very clean and comfortable with a side view to the sea which was great. However, although I was not bothered by it, some guests may be disturbed by the noise from the bar’s & restaurant in the street below. The location of the hotel is superb for both the seafront and town centre. I always try to stay here when in Eastbourne. "

"Well i had great experience with very hospitable staff and amazing manager who gave me upgrade on the spot to a deluxe apartment which was air conditioned the facilities very clean modern had a small kitchen with washing machine . Definitely will stay there again."

"Really good value, service, room and extras like the breakfast bag (I did not pick this up as was going somewhere else) Liked the beer and wine fridge in the lounge where you could buy wine for £13 and beer/cider for £3. Bed v comfortable. I’d def use again"
