"My husband and I stayed the month of January and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I cooked more often than not and was surprised at how many pots/pans, utensils, baking dishes, etc were there. Very well equipped. "The Condo was clean and the view was great. Check in was easy and Derek was great. The only problem we had was with the TV's the living room didn't work and the bedroom one would not stay on line so we were without a working TV from our arrival Saturday until Monday night which made it very difficult to watch the Superbowl. Derek did buy a new TV for the living room and installed it Monday night. He said he would make it right. Overall a great stay and would come back again! Thanks, Mike...

"Condo looked exactly like the online photos. Beds, linens and pillows were all very comfortable. While the weather was not very cooperative during our stay (49 degrees beer!) We still felt like we were enjoying a relaxing vacation in this condo. Easy walk/drive to grocery and several delicious restaurants. Also an easy 15-20 minute drive to Old St Augustine. Excellent communication with Host."

"The condo, 205E was in the perfect location. Everything was clean, and the decorations suited the condo perfectly. We didn't cook, but it appeared that there was plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. It is in a gated community and very quiet. We walked everywhere and there were many restaurants to choose from. We only had 3 nights, so we didn't tour as much as we would have liked. Definitely try the calamari at the Beachcomber (A1A at A St.) and the oysters at Salt Life Food Shack on the A1A. We...

"Great 3 night stay. Condo was as described and clean. Beds were comfortable and the view was picture perfect and the sound of the ocean was delightful! The kitchen was stocked with plates and cookware, but no salt/pepper herbs etc. The property manager, Dora, said she would print the parking passes for me as I did not have access to a printer. But they were not in the lockbox so we were creative, and made our own. Great time would go again!"
