"The hotel is under renovation currently, but what has already been done is really nice! Our room was clean, VERY spacious, and beautiful! It is a 2 minute walk to the quiet beach. It has a nice pool and hot tub. There are several restaurants close by, as well, as putt-putt golf. Quick drive the Alligator Farm, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and historic downtown St. Augustine. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great location - near lots of restaurants. Water was cold & rough in early spring, which we expected for this region of FL. The pool looked well-maintained with some games in the nearby courtyard, and it was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. Roomy, serviceable suites. The service and accommodations were better than I've experienced at some higher-end hotels."

"Amazing location and property. It’s an older hotel that has been well renovated with every luxury you can imagine and a few you didn’t! The view from the balcony is fantastic for sunrise photos and I happen to be there during a rocket launch, and you can see the launch from the property. Across the street is the beach that the facility has and it’s a beautiful section of sand and sea. The breakfast area is clean and bright and choices are extremely varied with items for every dietary requirement. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to stay. The only problem I have with this hotel are the hidden fees. Be advised that the nightly rate is not what you’re getting. I did not read the fine print properly and was unpleasantly surprised to find that my room rate that was listed well under $100 was actually almost 200 with all the fees. I understand why they do it, but it was a jolting and unplanned expense. "
