"We had a great stay overall—the location was good, our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable (our son liked the put-up bed too!). The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. Dinner in the bar was tasty, and service was prompt. Breakfast was enjoyable as well. However, the ongoing work in the reception area made access a bit inconvenient, especially with the number of people using the stairs and the single lift. "You definitely get everything you can see from online, such as good location, clean but small room! What may not be clear from online description is that the hotel is vey big with strange interior designs so that you may need to haul your luggage on carpet for a prolonged distance and may need to switch elevators to get to 6/7th floor. Best part is breakfast (if included in room fare)"

"We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe twin. The room was clean, beds comfortable, lovely view out to Hyde park with the royal Albert hall and the London eye in eyesight. The hotel must have heating issues as the room had 2 plug in radiators when we arrived. With these on the room was comfortable, without it was cold. Good location "

"This is THE hotel to stay at, if you have an early flight out of Term 2 or 3. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but if you stay in the "outer" hotels you have other expenses, and the hassle/ uncertainty/ wasted time of getting from or to your hotel Hotel itself: First class. Good in house restaurant. Rooftop cocktail bar. Morning buffet- wide choice, good food. Ignore Expedia's confusing breakfast "options"- The less expensive one gives you everything. If arriving at airport by car, the hotel has its own entrance- don't pay for the terminal drop off. Easy walk, not out in the elements, to/ from tube station in Term 2. I imagine Terminal 5 also has a very close hotel... but I'd still stay at Hilton Garden. Take care to get RIGHT "Hilton" "at" Heathrow. You want the one AT to Terminal 2/3. "Hilton Garden Inn""

London Trip

"The hotel is in a fabulous position next to Fortnum & Masons, close to theatres and lovely shops. The hotel is very clean and the staff could not do enough for us happily and with a smile, especially Onsenka. It was a trip for my 70th birthday and they went above and beyond. Defo go again. "
