The only thing that was slightly negative for me was, no indoor table and normal chairs. I brought my 93 year old parents, and the seating wasn’t great for them. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents...

"We had 2 separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. I didn't realize the room access was in the backyard when we checked in, so I accidentally went to the wrong room and tried to unlock the lock box to no avail. I don't know if I missed that in the description of the room, but it would be nice to have that reminder in the message before checking in. "My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. This is a very clean, modern, and cozy place to be while being a tourist in Toronto. The drive to and from the city was a very quick 40 minutes. The bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Thank you for making us feel very welcome! "

"My parents came to stay in this property in November. They found everything really practical and in good condition, they found it a very pleasant stay with 0 issues. They said everything was to their liking, the check in and check out was easy, they had wifi and tv, the beds were comfortable, the washroom was very roomy with a great shower. "Overall very good stay. Owner was quick to respond to needs. Beds were very comfortable. The selection of channels was more than enough. Of note, there is construction going on and the end of the road has a 4 " gap you have to drive over and we got a flat tire. Can't blame the homeowner but was not a good strat to our getaway. Would definitely stay again!"

"No complaints at all on property or hosts. It was a very cozy basement, perfect temperature, great amenities, wonderful bed. The hosts accommodated an early check in and even made sure i knew i could park in the driveway midway through my stay. Hosts like that are so rare and appreciated! Neighborhood was so nice, people friendly, and plenty of stores if one is needed. Just know that Richmond Hill is not close to Toronto Downtown (about 40 mins). Trips are costly (via lyft for me, $55CAD per)...
