"I thought the hotel property was very nice plus the location was amazing being so close to the restaurants and shops. I'm from Iowa City so it was nice to be able to stay somewhere familiar. The pool/pool area was a little small but the hot tub was great and my kids did enjoy the pool. Breakfast had a lot of options but was very busy. Our room was perfect for the 6 of us and even had room for a few friends to hang out since we were celebrating birthdays."

"The hotel is really nice and clean the staff are also nice and attentive. The breakfast quality was great they don't skimp on the food and the dining area is big amd clean. Pool is small for a big place but were unable to use the pool because they have to close it due to something. Although, the area is far from everything like fast food, convenience store, pharmacy and so on. But having the lake view waking up in the morning is the best part of our stay."

"Overall, this was a very pleasant stay! It is an older motel, as has been stated, but very clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a bargain. Very minimal breakfast but a Caseys is right close and the diner connected to it was delicious!😉 If you just need a bed, can't beat it!"
