This place was amazing. It is clean, renovated, quiet. The bed was comfortable. The area has good restaurants and shopping. It is 8 minutes to Iowa campus. I will continue to stay here for years to come.

We were there to watch the Iowa Volleyball team play Washington and we enjoyed having the hotel be walking distance to several dining options and the VB arena. Everything was right there within a few blocks, great place to stay.
