"I called at the last minute to request a first floor room. To my surprise they were able to accommodate me. Thank you!"

"Decent stay. The check in staff was great and very accommodating. Checking out felt more like I was being tolerated. Also the hot water for the shower never really got hot."

"Over all very nice, cozy and clean. Good variety for breakfast. Really appreciate the early check in. The only (minor) complaint is that they were cleaning/disinfecting the pool during pool hours so we had to wait 1/2 hour till we could return to the pool. Ideally they would do that after the pool closed for the night. "

"The woman who greeted us upon our arrival, could not have been more friendly or professional, Kiara (sp?) She was welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and everything in the room was meticulous. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and the staff was on hand to keep everything replenished and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the university of Delaware."
