No body polices the hall ways, parking lot, grounds, or entrances for trash . This reflects on the ownership... They just don't care about the user experience... They are delaying maintenance and repair and skimping on service and cleanliness to milk the receipts... Thats it. This location has ruined the whole La Quinta brand for me (i stay their frequently)... Its small independent hotels and BnBs for me now... Furniture is all very worn out. "
