"This may seem minor, but to me it is not. This hotel has great pillows. It is so hard these days to find hotel pillows that are not so thick and hard that they cause neck problems. Finally, a hotel that gets it. The location is fantastic for traveling to Central London or to Heathrow. The staff are awesome. "

"Shower had no water pressure, but we were offered to switch rooms. Very comfy bed, excellent breakfast & very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!"

"Lovely clean and modern although basic. Could have done with a mirror in the room so I didn’t have to use the shared bathroom and hold other guests up. You do hear the trains but that didn’t bother us at all. Would stay again. "
