I love that the hotel has a garden area in the back it was very pretty there and a nice place to hang out. "Where do i start, from the minute we checked in to the minute we left we had no problems, the staff were so lovely so kind and so attentive, the gentleman who served us in the restaurant Friday night was amazing, he gave us some top tips for travelling aswell as having a normal conversation with us while we waited for our food, in the restaurant we had a very short wait for our food which was so tasty! We had a wonderful time Friday-Sunday. Breakfast Buffett constantly was refilled nothing was ever empty, staff were on it cleaning ensuring you had clean plates and room on the table. The room was 2 single beds which were soft and bouncy very comfortable! Thank you all so much!! The fire alarm did go off at 2:45am on Saturday but staff worked quick to ensure it was turned off and a false alarm. "

"I originally booked in for one night. I staued for longer and went away for 2 weeks and checked in again. I stay in hotels all around the world and this is possibly my favorite. The staff are just absolutely fantastic, their warmth is contagipus. The rooms are also warm and extremely comfortable. Oof'ys restaurant, which is inside the hotel is really good and has dishes for every taste and you will not find a better restaurant for miles in any direction. It is right opposite the tube station which is a mere few stops to Heathrow. Parking is so easy of you are driving and I can not think of a better hotel in a dozen countries that offers the services and wonderful staf, food and rooms for the exeptional prices. I will not be staying anywhere else in london, as long as they have the rooms, which they are very helpful with. A dream hotel."
