"We enjoyed our stay in London and in Acton. The flat is exactly like on the pictures. It's nice, tidy, clean, fully equiped. A few material details to be repaired. We felt very nice in this cosy attic studio. The Acton Town underground being on Piccadilly Line makes it easy to go anywhere. Another facility for us was the Morrisson's supermarket 3 minutes walking, open till 22pm. * Mind if you're very tall, the beads are vicious! :) "

"The property was modern and clean and very warm. The position of the property was very good. The original booking said that one parking space was included, but this was not the case and was not communicated to us very well at all. In fact the owner told us we could unload our car by the door and then move the car to a public car, what they didn't say was that we would get fined if we parked too long! As the keyholder did not turn up for half an hour, we have been told that we will be fined. ...

"On arrival entry via the key app was easy, the apartment was on the top floor and has a balcony overlooking a leafy street behind and the railway. This was lovely and we did make use of it. Rooms were spacious and we found it easy to use the facilities. We did report some food left behind in the cupboards which was a bit messy. We had the same issue as the other reviewer with the shower not draining, after my daughter showered I had to wait 40 minutes for the shower to drain as we were worried...

"Did not receive communication about a leak until I initiated contact on the day of our arrival. That left me to learn that my reservation had been cancelled a few hours before our arrival. Supposedly the leak occurred the prior night yet no one notified me, which left me scrambling to find alternate lodging. That put a damper on the beginning of our London journey and caused us to pay additional money for last minute accommodations. "

"The actual flat was quite nice. The communication with the property owner before my stay was very difficult. To the extent that I wasn't convinced there was actually a place for me to stay until I was inside. "This stay was amazing! Great kitchen and laundry included. Both bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Entry stairs into the apartment were a bit steep and narrow, but once inside it was worth it! Catching transportation was easy and great coming in from Heathrow. If we come back I'd definitely return to this place! And the pub next door, The Globe, was so friendly with fantastic food!"

"Overall, the location is either at the end or the beginning of high st, depending on which direction you are coming from. No breakfast provided. Bathroom & toilet wise is a bit small and small in space. You have to sort of crossover the toilet seat to get to the shower cubicle. Bed wise, quite comfortable but I think they need to replace or add another pillow for comfortable sleep. Very clean when i checked in.
