"Absolutely fantastic place to stay, the whole set up from booking, arrival, checkout is flawless. The information pack sent was really easy to understand, facilities for a shepherds hut are like a 5star hotel. "Really enjoyed our stay at The Hurdle. Really comfy and cosy accomodation and more roomy than we expected! Great location next to the church and alpacas outside our window. Visited Fishguard, Tenby, St David's and Solva, all a reasonable drive away. Property was mostly clean with plenty of kitchen equipment and clean bedding and towels. Although it wasn't spotless and we did have to wash the crockery and glasses before use. There was a pipe leak during our stay which the caretaker came to look...

"We loved our stay here. Lodge was in great condition, secluded location, everything you could need was in the lodge. Got a little lost on the way but communication was phenomenal and I had a phone call with full directions and they held on the phone to ensure I found it. "

"This site and the shepherds hut was amazing. Really well laid out and presented. The area around the hut was large and private. We had a wonderful time and will look to go back again. The fire pit was the best I have ever seen. Very highly recommended. "

"Absolutely amazing place. Very clean, tidy and the yurt had lots of room with a log fire. Kitchen has all kitchen utensils, crockery etc you need. There's no fridge but there is a cool box. They have a little cooking stove and oven, sink and kettle. Shower with hot water, a compost toilet and a fire pit/BBQ. "We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"This was a really lovely house to stay for a week in Little Haven. It was very quiet, just a five minute walk into Little Haven which is a very sweet village. The house was easy to use, well equipped(butt need to bring bath and hand towels) and the heating was perfectly set so we didn’t not have to change the settings at all(mid to late October). The stairs were not a problem for any of us who were all in late 70s."
