"Lovely, cosy welcoming cottage. So clean and well equipped - even things you don’t even know you’ll need are provided - all very well thought out. Fabulous location - you can easily drive places and there’s a nice walk down to the beach and local pub. We have stayed at Colby Cottage three times now and I would recommend it to anyone. "

"The bathroom heater didn't work and we didn't have a hair dryer but another property on site leant us one so there was no issues. Other than that a lovely peaceful place to stay. Property management very friendly and helpful."

"I spent a relaxing 5 days here with my family (7 of us, ages 5 to 70). The views from the house are beautiful, and I probably spent too much time just gazing out of them! The house is cosy, very well equipped and spacious. For the outdoor minded there are plenty of walks in the area, and lots of little beaches to discover. Our kids really enjoyed the beach at Abereriddy. Porthgain is a short walk and boasts a nice bistro, country pub and local art galleries. The escape the room near St David's...

"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"There's absolutely nothing I could really say negatively about our stay, the house was very warm, cozy, immaculately clean and tidy. It was well appointed with everything you'd need for your stay. Even in the most brutal of storms we barely noticed until we stepped outside to walk to the restaurant then house was so peaceful. "A wonderful property for families, children and dogs. Well equipped, beds soooo comfortable. Bathroom/shower areas look lush and work well. The horses in the next field a treat for us all. Next time a longer stay to settle in and explore the area more. Cardigan is lovely, beaches so picturesque. Moody Cow for Sunday Lunch.......the best Ive ever had!! Cant wait to return.
