"I had to text and call owner's cell number (voicemail was full) for electronic entrance code because I did not receive any notice. With a tropical storm rain, it did not help with no outdoor lighting, a non working garage door (until the push button release on control box worked the following day) We have pictures of the dirty bathroom, slippery bathtub, moisture filled dryer and ants. "Visited Windham with family and luckily I came across this beautiful house to stay. This will be my to go place in Windham. The indoor pool was a plus, kids had a lot of fun. One thing I’ll mention is level of chlorine in the water, my kids had teary and itchy eyes and coughing after being in the pool for awhile. They got better the next day. "Pratt Villa was a great place to stay for a long fall weekend with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, the backyard with the deck, hot tub, and fire pit was a big hit, and having several spaces large enough for everyone to sit was great. We’ll be back for another stay!"
