"Very beautiful property in a great location. You can find a lots of good restaurants near by. The beach is calm and clean. Very nice, polite and helpful staffs. We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon Phu Quoc resort. Definitely we will come back. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We have travelled all around Vietnam and have so many lovely stays everywhere we have stayed but the service here was a dream. So many smiles and kindness from all the staff. The grounds are stunning, Pool beautiful and warm. We even found a wine we liked here which is saying alot. The tropical foliage on the paths around grounds is stunning as well. We used the spa, had several dinners , and listened to music from their talented singers. We didnt use beach alot but their staff were right there making sure you were taken care of. I personally thought water looked polluted which is not their fault. Lots of mosquitos though so bring bug spray. The hotel tried spraying best they could. But you are in jungle. 100 percent recommend. Oh the breakfast was devine each morning with a breathtaking view . Turn down service with a baked treat was just the added touch to make this a world class special treat. "

"From our enthusiastic welcome to our warm send off, our stay at the Famiana Resort & Spa was superb. From the ever smiling Loc at the front desk, to Tuyet and Diem who were always ready to help and were always so kind, our 21 night stay was beyond excellent. The breakfast staff, without exception, was always friendly helpful and Lehn at the omelette station consistently served up great eggs fried, scrambled or as omelettes. While commenting on food we must say we absolutely loved the beachfront “Sip & Heal Beach Bar” (and restaurant.) We regularly sipped there and every night, while many guests went off property to “enjoy” noisy traffic at nearby restaurants, we opted for tranquil ocean sounds, passing fish boats, stunning sunsets and later the distant green lights of the squid fishing fleet. Oh, and the meals were delicious and very fairly priced. Rooms and housekeepers were wonderful. We had room H215 and we think it was the best room on the property. A minute’s walk leads to the beach chairs, shady palm trees and steps leading to the beach. With ocean wave patterns, the resort maintains the lounging area on higher ground while a wall keeps the ocean at a lower level. Unlike many resorts, we never noticed people “reserving” chairs or hammocks for the day. To stop beach walkers from wandering on to the property and taking over beach chairs the resort’s security staff quickly identified interlopers and moved them along. "The hotel is in a great location set in beautiful gardens on the side of a hill facing the sea. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was large and furnished in a simple, clean style."

"The property was perfect. Smaller with mostly bungalows and not a high rise building. Beach is perfect and the proximity to everything worked for our trip. The ocean in front of the property is impeccable- the beach has no rocks no sticks no garbage and you can walk out a long way before it gets deep. To the management- the late night partying by some of the Slavic guests got old really fast. Most hotels shut that down at 10pm. "

"We stayed at the Famiana Green Villa and were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa. Both were great places to stay, the staff is very attentive and courteous and the rooms were clean. The Green Villa does not have a beach access, though the beach is a short walk from the hotel. Access to the beach is not hard to find, but the beach you will find is quite polluted with garbage. We were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa for our last two nights because we were told that the Green Villa was overbooked. We did not see many guests at either resort but definitely appreciated the upgrade as we got to enjoy an ocean view at the Beach resort. The staff at both these resorts were so friendly and catered to our every needs. This place is a short taxi ride away from fhe Night Market, has some dining options nearby and we overall enjoyed our stay in Phu Quoc."
