Hotel was pet friendly when I made reservation through Expedia. However, when we arrived we found out it wasn't. The staff was very nice and cancelled the reservation so we can get a refund but not a good experience.

I had to call the hotel before we arrived because I realized I booked the wrong date. Clay (I believe was his name) took care of it for me with no problems. What a relief. Huge thanks to him. I didn’t catch her name but the lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. We had a short but great visit thank you!
