"Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation that was convenient for our short stay in Dunedin. The owners were friendly and the room was well-equipped with all the amenities you'd need. The only downside was the loud music we could hear from a nearby venue (our stay did include Friday and Saturday nights) well into the night. Apart from this we would highly recommend this place."

"Property is well situated but needs refurbishment. Stained carpet; the sound of your neighbour peeing above you head and then the flushing toilet reverberating about the rooms above and below. On the other side staff are the best asset to the facility. Go above and beyond. "

"Could not fault this place. Stayed for 1 night and they gave us a HUGE 4 bed apartment with so much space! Dining room and kitchen and lounge! Incredible value for money, fantastic service by Elsie & only a 10min walk in to the centre! We asked on check in whether we could extend our stay for an extra night - sadly they were fully booked! But we’d definitely recommend and we’d stay here again too! "
