"The home is accurately pictured and described. Some in our group said it was bigger than they expected from the pictures. The communication throughout our booking and assistance from the hosts was exceptional as well as readily accommodating as we made a couple of booking adjustments early on. "First off the I have always paid for pool heat at other properties and still the water is too cold to swim. Pool heat was included and the water temperature was perfect especially for Dec/Jan temperatures. I was super happy with this alone. The house had everything we needed! We had few problems that had the potential to hamper our stay but Chris and his property manager were very responsive and solved the problems in an efficient and timely manner. When we got to the place the pool was dirty due to the hurricane but I spoke to the property manager and they got somebody to clean it right away! The communication with the owner was excellent!
