The resort was impeccably clean and well-organized, from the spacious, spotless rooms to the seamless check-in process. My wife, who is particular about cleanliness due to her OCD, was thoroughly impressed and had no complaints about the room, which we requested to be pristine. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with refreshing drinks, and the staff, from bellboys to front desk, ensured everything ran smoothly. Doreen and Sean at the main pool bar were exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to our needs, including crafting a variety of virgin drinks for the kids. While the restaurants were satisfactory rather than extraordinary, they surpassed our expectations. The steak and seafood restaurant stood out, offering delicious shrimp in their surf and turf dish (note: lobster is unavailable in April and May due to fishing regulations). We encountered a minor issue when a clean water pipe burst in our room, but the staff resolved it within an hour with remarkable efficiency. They immediately offered to upgrade our room, though my wife declined, preferring not to repack. The professionalism and politeness of the entire staff were outstanding, leaving us with nothing negative to say."
