"Wonderful large room with an ocean view! We loved leaving the window open at night to hear the waves. So relaxing. Too many stairs between the towers. But on the positive side, we got lots of exercise!"

"We had a spacious room with balcony that faced the pool and ocean as practically all rooms have a similar view. We enjoyed the large pools which were very clean and inviting. The grounds were meticulously manicured and hotel, restaurants and facilities were very clean. All restaurants including the large buffet were excellent with plenty of delicious food and drinks. All staff from all aspects of the hotel were very friendly and aim to please! We had an issue with a private pick up from hotel to airport and spoke with”Trishana” from courtesy desk and she sure went to bat for us to resolve the issue in a professional manner! We enjoyed our stay at Bahia Principe Grand Jaimaca very much!"

"It was my first time to Jamaica and I brought my 14yr old daughter with me. We had so much fun. I contacted the resort for transportation and they sent AJ. He set the vibes and energy for the entire trip! They had many different food options and all the staff were super polite and friendly. Nick and Miguel at the pool bar were so fun! The gym was good and I had the equipment to complete my normal workout routines. Lots of props to take photos at and the resort has a photographer on staff as well. There are multiple different activities available on the resort to do. I do wish they had more tubes for the lazy river as there were never any available when we went. Rooms were clean and well stocked. I loved the balcony swing. I recommend this resort well on Jamaica and I hope to return sooner than later "

"I absolutely loved staying at Ocean Eden Bay, I’m actually upset my vacation came to an end. Everything is great about the resort; the staff, food, live shows, and entertainment. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Jamaica.
