"Three college friends from the 70s got away to Vancouver island and REALLY enjoyed our stay. The lovely home, built built by the family who were so friendly, was nestled in a beautiful woody area. It had an awesome hot tub, super comfy beds, nice living area to visit and have our appetizers. It was especially wonderful to be away from the hustle and bustle of city-life and enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest. Seeing the fog roll across the mountains in the morning was delightful."

"The wise place is a great place to stay great walking/running trails near by Shawnigan Lake grocery and great restaurants are all in walking distance. Inside the home was well layout and stocked with the basics. Our daughter was able to join us for a couple days and slept on the pull out couch and was amazed at how comfortable it was (the best she has had) master bed was very comfortable. Our dog loved the outdoor space completely fenced so she was able to run around freely. We will definitely...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Cowichan Bay in Danielle's guest house. The suite was quiet, nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable. There is a private sitting area with a partial view of the marina. I enjoyed hearing the sealions on the doc in the morning. The town is lovely with an excellent coffee house and bakery steps away. And a handful of options for lunch and dinner. I'd stay here again for a weekend getaway."

Great communication with the owner - very responsive to any requests while we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
