Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. "I traveled alone the place was well lit even the parking ramp and they had extra steps for safety using the elevators. It was very very cold on the days i stayed and my car wouldnt start but the security on duty that day went well out of his way to help me, he was very nice and helpful. "

But the only major thing that bothered us was kids running around in the lobby after 10 pm, and neither the hotel staff nor the kids' parents were doing anything about it.
