"This was my planned halfway point on my drive from Massachusetts to Pensacola, FL. It is close to the highway and the owners, Jim & Michelle were very accommodating and kind! The room was clean and I was provided with everything I needed! My stay was wonderful and I will definitely stay at the Fox Mountain Inn again if I ever travel through the area again."

"The view from our room was undersold! Great view of the river. That said, there were sizable gaps around the doors, so it was a very good thing the group there was not noisy, or I could have had a grumpy tired hubby. There also seemed to be some kind of family reunion taking place in the common areas, so we felt a little awkward about being there for a lot of our stay."

"Great place to stay for a night. Attention to detail was impeccable. Absolutely recommend! Really appreciated the fresh, hot and tasty breakfast and eggs hospitably cooked to order. Proprietary coffee blend was delicious. Room was a touch small would be cramped with 4, but for 2 it did just fine. Fresh pine panelling, updated shower and plush towels added a touch of unexpected luxury. "

"Very thankful for tge awesome hosts of this property. We will be using this place, again. Very accomodating, friendly, and helpful. "

"My partner booked for a 2 night stay for our first anniversary together and were pleasantly surprised with how quaint and comfortable the yurt was. It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and little unnecessary nick-naks that showed the owner's attention to detail that makes the whole experience feel more intimate and comfortable for guests.There is always hot water and very spacious bath tub. It gets really cold at the top of the yurt when the sun sets and really hot when it comes back...

"Very nice place to stay fairly cheap right off the highway. The room was very good. Bed was very good. Shower was excellent. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Would definitely recommend."

Newly Renovated Former Cider House with outdoor covered patio and gas grill.

Relaxing Getaway

"My husband and I went for weekend getaway and it was the perfect spot. Cider house was comfy and clean. We were fortunate to go during perfect weather and was able to open the garage to let the outside in, which was our favorite part. I'd advise to bring slippers as the floors do get cold. Was a wonderful stay, we will be back and highly recommend. "
