Beautiful country setting. Not in city but only about 8 minutes to Mount Airy. The cabin was beautifully decorated inside and out. Also, very clean! We will be back! "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. My only complaint is with hotels.com for selling us a room with a king bed and sofa to sleep 3 when no such room exists at this location. We were offered a roll away, but that is not how hotels.com presented our room. "

"The Comfort Inn in Mount Airy was such a pleasant surprise. We were looking for something moderately priced, close to the historic downtown (Mayberry) and were willing to compromise on accommodations. The Comfort Inn is a gem! The moment you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly smile from the front desk and the place looked great. Check in was simple and quick. The room was perfect - clean, modern with a decent amount of space. Couldn’t ask for more. Mt Airy downtown was kind of a letdown - not much to see and the Mayberry references were a bit stretched. The museum we visited - thinking it was the Andy Griffith museum, but not - was pretty boring and seems to be a little disorganized. We ended up going to a local brewery for dinner. Took way too long to get food and it was just average. Mount Airy was a let down but the Comfort Inn was a star! "

"Our first stay at Primland Resort was beautiful, peaceful, and fun. Our second honeymoon after 20 years was better than our first. The Service was wonderful, the food, impeccable, we had privacy, yet met many wonderful people. We will be back!"
