"The staff are friendly and very helpful. No lift is a challenge when room is on the third floor, but staff member was excellent and too my case to my room when I arrived late in the evening. Although somewhat busy with almost full restaurant at breakfast time, the two staff on duty were excellent - helpful and friendly. "The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler.
