"I am a wheelchair user. They had a ramp out front that they constantly blocked off with cars and I had to wait for it to be cleared every time I needed it. I asked for and received an accessible room. The toilet was extremely low to the ground and the handicap bar was too far away from the toilet to use. Each time I took a shower the water overflowed into the room. You also couldn’t access the spa or pool area as they had a ramp that was too steep an incline. I went only a couple of times and...

"I love everything about this hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Spacious, well appointed and with luxury products. The staff were all incredibly friendly and the parking was good. The wellness studio and pool and spa are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious - plenty of tasty options - being on holiday for many weeks, I especially enjoyed the vegetables and salad options. "Fantastic sea view from 5th floor sea-facing room. Room was fabulous (Executive suite) however the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable or practical. Staff were excellent throughout and we were allowed an early check in as the room was ready at 11am which was really helpful. Breakfast was ok, some breakfast items weren’t great (scrambled egg, orange juice) but on the whole was fine."
