"We had travelled around for 6 weeks and this had to be the worse bed I've ever tried to sleep in. You could feel every spring in the mattress and when moving the bed would creak. Everything stunk like smoke and you had to pay extra for the air conditioning!! "The staff are friendly and very helpful. No lift is a challenge when room is on the third floor, but staff member was excellent and too my case to my room when I arrived late in the evening. Although somewhat busy with almost full restaurant at breakfast time, the two staff on duty were excellent - helpful and friendly.
