There are a few sterile modern “resort” hotels in Bol, but staying with Ivana and Ivan in part of their stone family home is far superior. "I stayed at B&B Dela for two nights during vacation. This is a locally-owned B&B and the family is incredibly welcoming. My partner was feeling unwell on the day of check-in, and they accommodated an early check-in with no problem. Everything is impeccably clean, and the pool area, gym and common area look as if brand new. There is a beautiful beach within 15min walk down the hill / local streets, and the old town cathedral and waterfront area are within another 15min walk down the road. I would...

"Lovely place in an amazing location but there were alot of basic amenities that this property failed on. Only had a small bin in the bathroom for rubbish and they did not even empty that bin when they serviced the room. I was only staying 2 nights and that was a big inconvenience. Also the bar fridge in the room has a glass door with an internal light that stays on even when it's closed so i had to unplug the fridge at night as it lit up the whole room, which made keeping drinks cool...

"Excellent stay a wonderful Guest House. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend. Small hiccup was that they do NOT accept credit cards onsite and in my opinion, the business could be more clear about that after booking and also at check in. I had to make a separate trip to the ATM so be sure to pay in advance otherwise you will be forced to pay cash on site."
