"The property, as a whole, was pretty nice. The mattresses for the trundles looked a bit worn. The mattresses on the bottom bunk beds may need to be replaced as well. The pool table was nice. The kitchen was very sufficient, even though we had to turn the oven up higher to cook. Could not turn the volume up on the TV in the pool table room. And the bar refrigerator kept leaking water in the bottom of it. All-in-all, the family enjoyed it and would stay there again."

"This was our 5th year staying at OBX for Thanksgiving week and we just signed up for our 6th. Love the place! Each year brings surprises of upgrades that keep the property current and nice. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes and the town of Duck is just down the street. Couldn't be better."

"My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing.
