"The customer service was just top notch 👌. I cannot even begin to explain it. From checking in, getting a massive room upgrade, special gifts being sent to our room everyday, it was the very best experience ever. The great experience team were just on point. Special mention to Melody who welcomed us and checked us in. She was very lovely and made us feel very welcome. The welcome team are always ready to open car doors for you and help you with your luggage even when you are just coming back from some shopping. Breakfast had a wide range of options and came free with the room. The hotel has private access to the beach, an infinity pool and a beach club which was very relaxing. The atmosphere was really great and will definitely come back again."

"Excellent stay. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From Earl, William, Kim and the team in the exec lounge to Babu and the guys on the beach they looked after us so well. Hotel itself was spotless and had some great eating options, Tori and Indian were very good. Even though I think the hotel could do with a refurb in the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a very relaxing week, so much so we didn’t venture to any shops just enjoyed the location and being very well looked after. "

"Whilst it’s considered five star probably is a really nice three star. Rooms are not the most comfortable but a little dated. Think if you’re wanting full buffet half board etc then I’d recommend this place. Luxury no. That aside the staff here are very well trained professional polite and on the ball. Credit to where it is due"
