We enjoyed our week stay at the Grand Millennium hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Easy to walk to the metro. The spa was wonderful. The only issue was the shuttle didn’t have convenient timings so we weren’t able to use it

Absolutely marvellous stay at the Grand Millennium Barsha heights . The staff are so welcoming and pleasant , the lobby has that beautiful luxurious look , feel and aroma … The breakfast spread was amazing . Overall, it was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful always. There were a couple weird things. 1) The lobby always smelled like cigarettes mixed with fragrance. 2) After the mandatory valet would get my car, it was very tight to pull out of the hotel property.

I couldn't travel to Dubai due to cancelation of all flights going to Dubai because of the sadly sever weather conditions (16th of April 2024). However, the hotel charged me the first night as no-show even that I sent them a message before check-in time in advance and my booking class was refundable. It was not expected from the hotel to take advantage of natural disasters.
