"Great hotel and staff and no issues throughout my 5 day stay. Frustrated though when they tried to sell me a room upgrade (…therefore they were available!) but wouldn’t upgrade me, despite being Gold with Hilton & Platinum with Hotels.com. Why offer something you can’t or won’t deliver. I typically have low expectations but this was disappointing. "

"Excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff greeting you everyday just walking down the hall and asking if you need anything. They go out of their way to not say no to your requests. The property is beautiful and very lively and it seems that many people from outside the hotel visit the pool and beach facilities. It is expensive for sure, but the quality is there."

"Such a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel it’s about 30 minutes from the main centre but is really lovely. The buffet breakfast is great, and the swimming pool was very relaxing. They upgraded us to a suite which was greatly appreciated. It was absolutely beautiful."
