"This was a very smooth, perfect 5 night visit. The property offered us everything that we could need. It was a short drive to Duval St and all of the activities in Key West yet the property was very peaceful with a wonderful waterfront patio that we sat out on and enjoyed. The hot tub was a nice treat as well. I have to mention the incredible responsiveness of the property manager. Every question that I had they responded to within minutes which was very much appreciated. "

"The location, size and layout were excellent. For the cost, however, it was lacking in cleanliness, and shabby, bleach-stained bath towels, and as others have mentioned, the lack of shampoo, soap, a dish towel and dish drainer, are unacceptable. "

"The William Skelton house is a terrific property. We had a bunch of couples and the house was perfectly located from the fun on Duval street, the marina area and some great restaurants and bars a few minutes away from the stuff of Duval. The property owners were great with answering questions and this property is highly recommended. "

"We really enjoyed this property as a mid vacation stop. We did 2 nights in Key Largo, 4 nights here, and 3 nights in Miami. We were thrilled to have the full kitchen, included parking space, and the laundry was free (I was almost expecting it to be coin operated). This unit is one I would 100% stay at again. "Dave’s house was comfortable, clean and in a safe and clean community. We especially appreciated the large and heated pool as well as Dave’s recommendations for local restaurants and venues. Though the adjacent freeway traffic was ever-present, it was not terribly noticeable. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dave’s house for a family stay. "
