"The Montvale hotel has a wonderful aesthetic, the bed was comfortable and the arched windows were a highlight. The room was spacious. My only annoyance was that the room didn’t have a closet to hang my coat or my clothes, it only had a dresser. But otherwise, it was great."

We especially appreciated the woman in the kitchen who went out of her way to make us a salad when we arrived at the time the kitchen was closing & we had just returned to the hotel at the completion of the NCAA Women’s March Madness game we’d attended. So thoughtful & helpful to two tired guests. Loved the location on the River Walk & ability to walk everywhere."

"Nice restaurant. Long term parking was full but parked airport budget parking lot next door, and caught the early 4 am much nicer Ramada shuttle to airport. Room was fine. Nice fire pits outdoors at night. Pleasant hotel staff. "

"10/10 would stay again! Amazing breakfast! Amazing staff, super friendly! Great location. Fresh warm cookies in the evening! Welcoming staff. Only downside is the noise from the road as our room faced the convention center and cars were racing pretty late into the evening… also, recommend a room not near the stairs as the stair noise is loud.
