We opted for the Crystal Club - which was also on the 9th floor - and it was definitely worth the extra money. A special shout out to Gladys and Kripa in the Crystal Club, who always greeted us with a smile and were always eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The position of the hotel was perfect as it was next to the MRT, which we used on a daily basis to get around Singapore. It was also in walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. I couldn't fault this hotel and would certainly recommend. "
