The property is absolutely beautiful and the Diptyque toiletries were a wonderful bonus. The staff is beyond lovely. We only had one hiccup where the concierge gave us bad information causing us to sadly miss a trip to the Marina Sands Observation deck. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great property much improved by recent full refurbishment. Very convenient for Marina bay eating and shopping. Close to City Hall mtr station. Staff are simply superb, welcoming and going the extra mile to meet requests.

Very attentive bell hop and good service. Phone in the room never worked so no room service, addl coffee or concierge. A bit disappointed after several years of good service.

Exceptional hotel, exceptional staff. Mandarin Oriental hotel is a sign of quality. Luxury hotel with great location in Singapore, great food, gluten-free options too, great pool with amazing view and super friendly staff.
