"I am giving the hotel 5 stars even though there was one hiccup. They did not charge me upon arrival and then phoned the room at 9 PM to have me pay (for my five day stay.) I was awoken from a sound sleep after 29 hours of flying from Las Vegas, through Seoul and Hanoi to arrive. They could have collected from me in the morning. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was superb, staff helpful, pool super clean, they spray for mosquitos - I will stay there again on my next trip."

The breakfast is good with variety of local & western options. Only improvement item is that the room & facilities are dated & dirt on the furniture. Many options around the area in similar price range. Overall great stay & value for money."

"It is a very good option to stay in Siam Reap, excellent location and rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room. The hotel fix this he first day with a very effective aromatizer. "

"Beautiful 100 year old property which used to be a Red Cross hospital. Fully restored and modern while maintaining the old world charm. Location was close to Pub Street and Palace. "

"This is our second stay at Viroth's Hotel and it exceeded (once again) our expectations. We were there for a week and the staff made us feel as if we were family. Sokah at the front desk was amazing (as well as the others) and the dining staff were top notch. I loved seeing everyone in the mornings welcoming us to breakfast. Felt like home. The cleaning staff did a superb job and even the gardeners were so friendly and nice. I think it would be hard to beat the quality and staffing at this...

"The hotel is located in the city center where the pub street offers many restaurants and bars. You can find all kinds of food and drink. The local draft beer is $1 only. Great place to stay."
