The driver was professional, and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly - it really made the experience unforgettable."

"The team running this property were exceptional. My wife and I arrive separately at different times and we were both met separately at the airport by the hotel car. 1 hour journey from the huge empty new airport. WiFi in the car. Very simple check in. Quiet room despite central location. A/C was a lifesaver. Complimentary breakfast. Tip, wait for the menu before loading too much from the excellent buffet. Trips arranged by front desk were brilliant. Central location really worked and when it was too hot to walk to markets, local bars, restaurants and pub street then we used the “Grab” app to book $1 Tuktuks. "

"Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is an excellent location for those wanting to be in the heart of the town where there are many bars and restaurants nearby but it is down a little quiet cul-de-sac just giving it a bit of peace and tranquility. The rooms were nice and spacious with all the facilities you would require. Breakfast was until 10 am which as well as the cold buffet offered a menu of freshly hot cooked food. There was a nice pool with adequate sunbeds. However the best thing of all is the staff who are so nice and helpful and go out of their way to help you. Constantly bringing you drinks, cold flannels (cause it was hot!) and organising any thing required. So a big thank you to Mr Leap, Nana, Rat, Seth, Bet Pon and the rest of the team who made our stay truly memorable. If u go to Siem Reap this is the hotel to stay. Many Thanks Matt & Jim"

"The most welcoming staff, from the moment we turned up, till we left. Everyone was so happy to help and even chat in passing. Has to be one of the best experiences we've had at a hotel. When we come back it will be here, very central with everything you need only a few minutes away. We even rented a Tuktuk for a few days to explore the temples and museums, we were able to keep it in their carpark. 5 stars."

"My 3rd stay in this hotel in 5 years and it’s just as good as ever. The rooms are spacious, the free breakfast is delicious, and the staff are delightful. Based on location alone, it is a bargain, but coupled with the quality of the hotel, the staff and food, it is absolutely perfect. If you want to be close to Pub Street and the centre of action in Siem Reap, this is the place to stay. "
