"It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. I'd rather have a desk rather than a swinging sofa. The bathroom too is showing a bit of age. My guess is that rooms will get done soon as a brand new entrance and new reception were just...

"Without a doubt, one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The service was incredible. The staff was extremely attentive, the dining was fabulous. If I ever come back to Siem Reap, I will not look for any other properties. I would definitely stay here again."

"We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked....
