"Alex at our check in was excellent went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the hotel and room concept. Tou can’t get a better location for the art walk in Thursday night but it come at a price. The music from the restaurant hotel was so loud until 11. After that ended the music from local bars from the area played until the middle of the night. The air plugs provided were not very useful. The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately we will not stay here again...

"We were in Cabo San Lucas for vacation and decided to stay extra 2 nights in San Jose to check it out. Best location possible of all hotels near art district. Walk to tons of restaurants, shops, art festival right there! Hotel very nice. Staff great. Extremely clean. Rooftop pool very cold in January though and smaller than expected but other than that can’t think of anything bad to say. I would recommend to anyone that was looking to stay in that area.
