"Liked that it was a short walk from the Footprint center. Very clean, updated and nice rooms. The view of the city was icing on the cake. The only downside was the extra cost of parking. "

"The people who run this property go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are kind, helpful and have a great sense of humor. Parking is included in your stay and is on the property rather than having to parking in a parking structure near where you are staying. The beds and pillows are comfortable. They supply your room with multiple towels-which is always a plus. You are within a 15 minute walk from so many restaurants and bars. I walked to the PHX Arena for a concert and enjoyed dinner at a local restaurant. I will definitely return to this property. "
