"After 8 long years, I finally made it back to Myrtle Beach. We arrived on 9/24/2025. This was a birthday present for my son (32). From the minute we arrived we were treated SUPERBLY by the staff. On 9/26 we were hit by the outer bands of Hurricane Helene. We decided to stay an extra day. The office was so accommodating to our needs and gave us the best price…better than Expedia! I have a service dog and they had no problem with that nor did they charge me a “pet fee”. I will be staying there...

"This place was condemned! Literally condemned! How in the world did Expedia send us to a place that's condemned and allow us to be in that situation? I'll never book through Expedia again.
