Located in Myrtle Beach and in the Ocean One Resort, this is one of the newest building in Myrtle Beach with ultra-modern decorations and new LCD TV's, along with newly hardwood tiled floors throughout living area, kitchen, and newly tiled bathroom! New full-sized Samsung refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, new microwave, and glass top 4 burner stove included in the beachfront condo. Two Queen Beds and one murphy bed is ready for your entire family! The bathroom features a spa garden tub with jets. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs!

Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. The instructions were very thorough with excellent recommendations. Communication for questions and/or concerns was very proficient. We enjoyed the beds, all 3 were cozy and comfortable. The items available were convient, kitchen items, in house washer and dryer, trash bin near the elevator,, ocean view, jacuzzis, lazy river, multiple pools and convient parking. My mom and aunts really enjoyed this trip to Myrtle Beach, they cannot wait to return for another visit. The open lines of communication via email and text were great! I would highly recommend this unit, we had a crew of 4 and we were extremely comfortably. Thanks Julie

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and the owners/management were easy to contact. The property was close to everything and we were able to walk to most things. We hope to return later on this Summer and enjoy a longer stay.

Spent 5 days during spring brake, apartment was as described, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, nice whirlpool tub, adequate kitchen necessities. The only unfavorable mention is the floors, the LR could use better cleanning, it felt sticky. Still would use this unit again if in the area.

My 6 nights at ocean one resorts was great the room was very clean and comfortable, I like that it had a washer and dryer in the condo did not have to carry soiled clothes back home we had plenty of ice and was not disturbed by anyone having to check on things.

When we arrived at the unit the unit was not clean and showed signs of lots of wear. The wallpaper on the cabinets are coming unglued, the cabinets have huge paint chipping of the door, the sink drain is nasty, refrigerator stinks, the walls are beat up and chipped, one bed doesn’t have a bed skirt showing the box spring, the coffee table has a broken leg and the curtains are nasty. All of these things i have pictures of and sent to the management company in an email/text. This is not what was advertised. Beware!

We assumed the ad on Vrbo stated new condo. It wasn't by no stretch of my imagination. Entering the condo had gray fuzz on the floor, sand on the sofa, stains on toilet and bed mattress, sticky floors when walking, water stain on the bathroom door, broken cabinet door replaced with contact paper. Bad odor when we opened the door of the condo. I had to clean and disinfected the condo to make it livable for a 6 days vacation stay for my husband and I. Contacted the agent by email to change to a different condo and I was told that I had to stay there and they would send the cleaning people back to change the mattress and toilet seat. The whole experience was horrible while celebrating my 43rd wedding anniversary. I will definitely reconsider using your company for my travel needs.

Good location. Easy to get to beach and restaurants.
Overall pretty good except one morning we had an alarm at 5 a.m. and didn’t know what to do. The next early morning we had neighbors who were arguing very loud and then one of them pounded on the door. Also some of the paperwork we felt was unnecessary.

Great condo! Clean and had everything we needed. It is in walking distance to the board walk, but a long walk. Had an amazing view.. Owners responded quickly if I had any questions. We were right across from the elevator, but was still very quiet. Water pressure was amazing!!!!! Would absolutely rent from them again!!!

Overall it was good, love the ocean view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was not accessible due to the hurricane. also, the bedroom needed more light. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom needed to be tightened as it kept falling on the floor. bathroom sink filled up quickly with the water running because of the slow drain. Both televisions went off-line for one full evening which was particularly frustrating as we were very much looking forward to watching the World Series game

No staff to deal with but owners respond quickly
Easy check-in/checkout process. Even though there was a very small trash can I was able to utilize taking the trash to a larger trash bin on the same floor. The outside of the trash can had not been cleaned & the chair/couch did not seemed to have been cleaned/wiped down. Overall appearance looked like photos listed. Wished there were more towels since we stayed 4 days, & was with my husband & 3 kids. Not a deal breaker since they did leave washing pods so I was able to wash them. Owners response’s were quick & followed up with any concerns. Would definitely stay again!
